Our system allows you to easily search for and find employees by using their name, employee number, passport number or Hong Kong ID in a search bar. This can be used to quickly find an employee in order to record leave, finalise a payslip and more.
The Employee Search Bar can be located in the top right corner of the SimplePay system.
Note that search results for names, passports and ID numbers are based on what is captured under the employee’s Basic Info. More information about Basic Info can be found here:
