Multiple User Roles per Email
SimplePay allows you to have multiple user roles associated with your email address. For example, you may have a Payroll Administrator and an Employee Self-Service user role in a certain company.
You can switch between these user roles as follows:
- Click on the Profile icon ( ) > User Profile.
- Under Switch Active User, you will see a list of your available user roles and the accounts to which they belong. Simply select the appropriate user role from this list.

If you are on the User Profile screen, but you do not see the Switch Active User heading, it means that there is only one user role associated with your email address.
If you are meant to have more than one user role, please check that your correct email address was used when setting up the other user role(s).
