I can't see the chat widget
The chat widget is displayed only after a chat has been started on the Support page. To access this page:
- Click on the question mark icon () > Support.
- Look for the Chat with Us heading, and click on the radio button.

A new Chat with Us section will appear.
Granting access
While you are initiating a chat with our Support team, you will also have the option to grant them read-only access to your company for 48 hours, by ticking the Grant our team read-only access to your data for 48 hours box.

Click Begin Chat.
Then, for the duration of your chat, the chat widget will be visible on the screen.
After the Support agent closes the chat, the widget will remain visible for another 30 minutes. If you don't start chatting again within that period, the widget will disappear. After that, you will have to restart the chat process, as described above, if needed.
