In addition, users can protect themselves by enabling 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and the automatic logout settings. Because cybercriminals sometimes attempt to access accounts using passwords stolen from other platforms, we also follow an email One-Time PIN (OTP) process for any user who does not have 2FA enabled.

We restrict the access that our staff have to your data. However, you may be asked to grant access to this data if staff need to investigate a specific issue.
